En el Estado espa\u00f1ol, la represi\u00f3n durante la guerra civil, la dictadura y la transici\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 la vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos humanos de forma generalizada y sistem\u00e1tica. Para las personas y las sociedades afectadas por cr\u00edmenes contra la humanidad y cr\u00edmenes de guerra, la injusticia inherente permanece.
